Marjorie Sommer Speaks at Legal Seminar on Jury Selection
January 19, 2014 – Marjorie Sommer, a founding member and senior trial consultant at Focus Litigation Consulting, spoke to Miami-Dade County attorneys on the art of jury selection at a recent Continuing Legal Education Symposium.
The Dade County Bar Association, Young Lawyer Section’s The Road to Becoming a Superlawyer helped young attorneys develop critical pretrial and trial practice skills to effectively and efficiently take a case from start to finish. The two-part seminar took place at the Banker’s Club (2 South Biscayne Blvd., 14th Floor, Miami, FL 33131) on February 7, 2014 and March 28, 2014.
Sommer spoke on day-two of the event and was joined by the Honorable Robert N. Scola of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and prominent trial attorney Gary Fox.
