Lindsay Eriksson is an affiliate FLC trial consultant. Eriksson has over 14 years of experience as a trial consultant working in every stage of the litigation life cycle in high-stakes, high-profile litigation matters. Eriksson brings to FLC nationally recognized expertise across a broad range of practice areas, including securities, environmental/toxic torts, class actions, IP, insurance, healthcare/pharma, contracts, products liability, employment, and personal injury.
Prior to affiliating with FLC, Eriksson spent ten years with a large litigation consulting firm in its Atlanta and Los Angeles offices. She conducted mock trials, focus groups, mock arbitrations, surveys, shadow juries, jury selections, and prepared corporate and lay witnesses. Eriksson’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, government entities, tech startups, small businesses, and law firms large and small. High profile wins include helping a university client obtain the largest patent infringement damages award in history and crafting effective defense strategy for clients involved in serial asbestos litigation. Before becoming a jury consultant, Eriksson practiced complex commercial litigation at an international law firm based in Atlanta, GA, working primarily on securities litigation matters. Eriksson’s legal background means she can quickly grasp the subject matter and strategic nuances of the most complex cases, turning data into actionable insights that drive juror decisionmaking.
Eriksson received her J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia, with a post-graduate certification in Business from the McIntire School of Commerce.
Eriksson is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC) and has spoken at conferences, webinars, and CLEs. Eriksson serves as a Graduate Faculty Scholar in the Strategic Communication PhD Program at the University of Central Florida and on the Community Redevelopment Advisory Board in Winter Park, Florida. Eriksson is also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and has taught yoga and mindfulness classes in Colorado, Mexico, and Cambodia.
