Gender Bias in the Courtroom
November 2016 – Senior trial consultant Geri Fischman has co-authored an article entitled, “Party Outfits and Pantyhose: Gender Bias in the Courtroom” for the Florida Association of Women Lawyers’ Journal.
The article provides both empirical and anecdotal evidence of gender bias in the courtroom, as well as recommendations to combat gender bias going forward.
