Nancy Lopez

Nancy Lopez brings more than five years of project management and recruitment experience to her role as Operations & Recruitment Coordinator at Focus Litigation Consulting. Nancy oversees every stage of the firm’s research operations – from participant recruitment and screening through on-site execution – ensuring that the many moving parts of complex litigation research come together on deadline and to exacting standards.

Her work spans the full operational scope of FLC’s research practice: organizing and managing mock trials and focus groups in markets across the country, sourcing jury-eligible panels against precise demographic and eligibility criteria, coordinating shadow jury deployments, and managing logistics across concurrent matters. She serves as the primary point of contact between research design and on-the-ground execution, translating study protocols into operational plans and keeping clients and trial teams informed throughout.

Before joining FLC, Nancy served as a Senior Project Manager at a market research firm, where she led recruitment and coordination for mock trials, focus groups, and studies with strict screening requirements. She developed particular expertise in sourcing hard-to-reach participant profiles and managing high-volume outreach across compressed timelines.

Nancy is certified in Qualitative Market Research through the University of Georgia.
